Who runs the website

What the website learns about you

Nothing extra. There is no contact form, login, newsletter or analytics, so nothing about you is collected through the website.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which delivers it and protects it against attacks. As my processor it handles ordinary technical access data, that is IP address, time and browser type, solely to run and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which permits the transfer of this data to the USA.

When you write to me or call me

I process your name, contact details, your business name if you give it and the content of your message, only so that I can reply and agree on working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

E-mail is delivered to me by the Google Workspace service from Google as my processor; if data reaches the USA, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If a call or message does not lead to working together, I delete the correspondence no later than 12 months after our last contact. If it does, I keep it for as long as we work together and after that only as long as the law requires.

Cookies

The website uses no cookies or any other storage in your browser, so it needs no consent banner.

Fonts, videos and links

Fonts, videos, scripts and images load directly from this website, not from third-party services such as Google Fonts. On an ordinary visit your IP address therefore reaches no one but the hosting provider.

The links to the Coffee Park café website and to Instagram lead to other websites with their own policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to hello@pixelandpour.cz; I will reply within one month at the latest.
